Payday 2 Secret Guide

This page is for completing the payday 2 secret as easily as possible
When you download the rar extract in mod_overrides, if you don't have or know what that means follow the third paragraph.

Once you have the rar folder in mod_overrides we can begin with the secret. If you haven't done the prerequisites for it follow the third paragraph. Now once we have done all 20 plates we go do the piano again change the plate once then go to the main menu. Now invite your friends (they have to have the 20 plates done too, or do it solo its payday so you don't have friends 😭😭) now in the contract broker buy the white house overkill with ai on. Do the white house normally until reaching the P.E.O.C put the keycard in and get into the peoc then don't hack the pc go to the meeting room and if everything is done correct the painting on the wall will be glowing go ahead and take it off the wall and blow it up. Follow Locke's instructions until your at the circle with levers near it. As soon as you activate the circle cloakers will spawn that don't drop ammo so be ready as they never stop spawning. Now then if done correct you should see letters on the circle they may seem gibberish but just like the plates their read right to left. Once you spell out the last word (which is on the left) you can compare it too the images on this here.

Once you enter the code correctly using the levers it will reset, meaning you have to do it 3 more times with no fuck ups. Once done the door should open and you should see "The Chicken Man" holding locke and bain at gun point. Quickly shoot mr fring in the head and let locke move bain to the middle. As soon as the timer starts going down everyone needs to grab the gold and put it in the 8 spots. Once done bain will die and his soul will be put into the president and your game will finish. Now restart your game and you will see you have the achievement and the movie player.


(This is for those who need help with mods and prerequisites) The mod_overrides problem, in steam (idk about epic) open payday 2 settings and click browse local files then download the wsock32.dll and drag it into just the payday 2 folder not a folder in payday 2. Then download lib and extract it and drag the beardlib folder into the mods folder in payday 2. Now download the pd2helper and extract the folder in mod_overrides, most people won't have a mod_overrides folder so they need to go into assets and right click, new, folder, and name it "mod_overrides" without the "". Then with all of it installed open payday 2 and you will see a new tab on the mainmenu that's for auto updates. Now your ready for the secret. Prerequisites. Now for this issue, In order to receive the messages, we will need to steal FIVE ARTIFACTS to eventually assemble an unusual structure on which incomprehensible messages that we need for the ending will be displayed. All these artifacts are collected during the passage of the PAYDAY 2 storyline. But don't worry, if you have completed all the plot tasks, you should already have some of the artifacts, since they were the main goal of the entire list of tasks.

Medallion of Perseids

 It can be obtained during the passage of the robbery Brooklyn Bank on the difficulty of Overkill or higher. If you pass the robbery at a lower difficulty level, you will not get the medallion in your arsenal.

The Healer's Coffer

It can be obtained during the passage of Golden Green Casino at any difficulty level.

  

The Elephant's Coffer

It can be obtained by completing the task Breakin' Feds at any difficulty level.

 

 The Scribe's Coffer

It can be obtained by completing the task Henry's Rock at any difficulty level.

The Obsidian Plate

It can be obtained by going through a robbery Shacklethorne Auction at any difficulty level.

You can understand that you have received these artifacts by looking at the Trophies in Safe House. After completing each of the above robberies, you will receive a notification about a new Trophy, which will give you a sign that everything is working out! If for some reason you did not receive a notification, then you either did not follow the requirements, or you already have this artifact. Once you have collected all the artifacts, you can move on to the next item.

Also, you will need to upgrade the Scarface room to the third level, so that you have a grand piano in your room, which we will need in the future. It is on the third level upgrade that this musical instrument appears in the room. When upgrading the first and second levels, there will be only boxes instead of a musical instrument. To upgrade the room, you will need to spend 36 Continental coins.

Now go into your safe house solo. Where the art is, is where the medal is grab it and head to the second floor kitchen and open the boxes. Now get to the piano and shoot these keys in this order:  123456789

Now the tablet should light up and u can now toggle between 20 different messages 

Remember unlike English they are read right to left so, bottom to top. Now if you need help I got you, download the pdf and open it and match your tablets with mine. I recommend 224% zoom. Alright now refer to paragraph 2 and continue.
